Just catching up...

   Since I last wrote..I have also realized that time is "precious"!!   LOL

The following is a note I wrote today...and shared as always on Faceook......

Always meet others with honesty....
Welcome each day with just enough courage & a smile....or two,
Waste no time judging yourself or others ~
Then, and probably only then...may you attract that which is just suppose to be!

 

All is very well...and just wanting to fit so much into my everyday ~   just beginning this month to put my feet in further to my newest business venture.....as a Realtor/Agent!!!

The holiday was beautiful and also looking forward to Mother's Day...this weekend and being behind the lens as much as possible..for me and clients already scheduled.

 

Life is great....and I hope to someday this year visit my favorite place...the beach sometime even if for just a short visit again, like last.

   I have been working on some new "business ventures" & just now catching up with all of you while looking forward to so many new things this Spring & Summer season has to offer ~
   As someone who has always had an extensive background and career, in Property Management/Housing Industry ~ I am very excited to have just completed my studies in Real Estate!    Going forward, I plan to incorporate my interests and assist other's in any way I can ~
    For those of you who know me the best..know my first love is being "behind the lens"!!
  ....and I am in my favorite place (besides the ocean) when I get to edit so many beautiful images and then share with either my clients or just some simple moments I have captured randomly..on a day away from my office.


     Anxious to meet all of you who have won "Photography Sessions" and planning yours in the coming months....compliments from my FB business page @ Designs by Lisa!!!!

    Now back to planning my busy schedule with "friends"!!

Spring is blooming!

.....my favorite and the most beautiful time of the year has finally arrived!
Although it's filled with eagerness, new beginnings..and new memories ~ it's also a reminder that all things continue and time never stands still.

As I continue to surround myself with all the things I love to do....I also know it's a great time to try new things...and know that I cannot "pause" my life.  Time is moving rapidly and although we all are blessed with second chances, they are few......we cannot put our lives on hold, nor wait for what we desire...because our tomorrows are becoming less each day.
Only when we run out of time ~ should we even think of slowing down!

I knew this year was gonna be very special.....and it has already exceeded that for me.

In sharing what I just love naturally..I have given something memorable to a few...and something priceless  was actually given to me in return.   I will never be able to put that in a bank account..nor spend it in any way.....and that's when some of us are far more richer than most!

Ps..when I find myself not writing often..I know something special  has my attention in full..LOL

The "amazing Gift..of giving".....

More times than not our days are just filled with what is necessary.....to get by or for the needs of other's ~ and usually leaving what we think is less time for us.
Then there comes a time....
      "When others are choosing me to share such an "Intimate & Special" time in their lives" ~
As many know especially those on my Facebook page.  I just recently shared a new way of giving back & making it possible for those going thru .."Life Changes"! 
This weekend I had the pleasure of photographing & donating my time..to capture special moments for a special couple ~ beginning a difficult journey.

    "Donating my time was "priceless" for what will be a lifetime of memories for you both...and knowing this brought many smiles of joy ~

Going forward....
March has been amazing.....filled with many, many new business ventures for me ~ and always adding new friendships!
As I have just recently begun my studies, I shall hope to become licensed in the near future and adding "Realtor" to my resume....as well as introducing new projects already being planned with my "Photography"!!

My want "to do" lists is growing!

"I don't want to miss a thing....."

This kinda explains the true me~

I have so much I want to do...while giving it my all.
So much I want to seek and embrace...but afraid I may never have that chance....
I know what it means for time to "stand still" ~
To cry for just another yesterday....one that I thought was far from ever being perfect!!
God blessed me to give....and never stop doing what I love, right now..this moment.

As I wrote in my last blog..........
I have started a new "Business Venture" this month and hoping for an amazing year ahead ~  this actually is related to a career that I have always been involved in.
So far its going great & realizing all the opportunities that can exist.
I have also marketed my newest idea for "Designs By Lisa Photography"...this month ~ thats all about me donating special time to those with life threatening illness or diagnosis.
.  I actually created this idea in 2010' while spending my girlfriend time with a "special friend" of mine thru her own life battles...and now out of memory to her. 
The day I shared an ad I created....I had recieved replies in private from some amazing people ~ within one minute of posting to my Facebook page!

It seems that the most I get out of every moment....is somehow just alittle something I may have already given to someone else?  

Looking forward to hearing some good news with a very special friend this week.....her journey has also been difficult but thru our friendship, we will take what is delivered.....yet we are sure God knows it's time to give us a break ~ too!!

Welcoming March!!

Oh my favorite time of year!!
So far this year it's been a very busy one......actually the cold..bitter..wintery months are usually the quietest?
As "Mother Nature" has been more than gentle on us here in Virginia ~ our marketing has kinda paid off and made for some earlier than usual....projects!!

February..was very different and spending many extra hours with family needs and  missing the GTG's and times with my closest  friends....However all is well..and that shall change now with warmer weather & longer daylight hours coming soon...LOL


I am just beginning a new "Business Venture" this month and hoping for an amazing year ahead ~  this actually is related to a career that I have always been involved in.
